Im thinking take a long run layover then get back too my hub layover then that probably will put me at 1200-1500 miles then Wednesday-friday run like 400-500 miles loads trying too average my week at around 2400-3k miles a week. Now i know its trucking this wont always happen but im thinking it can happen more often then not. Im sure there will be a learning phase for the first month but after that i think ill pick up the pace and know my job better and start making a comfortable pay check consistently.
How fast do the trucks go?
Does anyone works for Sherwin-Williams??

There trucks go faster than 65. I use to see them around Atlanta, and I also ran loads out of their two Atlanta terminals for a while. They run full vans but operate like a LTL.
If you like the LTL terminal experience it'll probably work for you
P.S. if you're an outside carrier their terminals have grocery level detention except for the drop and hook one down close to Palmetto.. -
Thanks for your response. Sounds like a good gig not too much too complain about.
Yeah i was thinking they went faster then 65mph as well ive had sherwin williams pass me when i was governed at 65mph a few times.
One of the drivers told me if you keep your idle times below a certain number the truck computer system knows and will honor you too go 67-68mph ive never heard of a truck being able to do this based upon idle time.
But the driver i spoke too today said the trucks at sherwin williams go 65mph maybe his truck does idk. Maybe not all there trucks lol i guess im just being hopeful .. -

I have a phone interview set up Monday out of Baltimore, Md does anyone know much about this location and it’s regional operation
Ads are saying .72 cpm annual salary $108-113k
I made $105k 2023 all D/H hauling trash but no benefits so the matching 401k and pension looks very attractive -
