Still sounds good. Not the coolest trucks, but it’s a job.

It’s still a turd job. But if you don’t mind being gone that long it’s great for a rookie.

We got guys in certain locations that are home every weekend so if you want steady home time and don't mind a little pay cut we can make that happen

Sounds like you're getting desperate for drivers. Why is there so much turnover and why are there so many drivers needed?

I don't think there is a lot of turn over but we do have certain customers that run certain lanes so there is the opportunity to get guys home on the weekend or even daily in some cases.

Can’t say K&B without Run Hard Get Paid. Kinda sound like the Road Warrior program.

LOL this clown had 20 hours of off duty time and couldn't run a 300 mile load!

The comments from dispatch that are on that video is absolutely despicable, no matter whether or not he had the hours… Any company that threats the withhold pay because they will do what they demand is garbage.. also it does not matter if you legally have hours to run or not if you’ve been up all day, it’s kinda hard to run all night… That video was that recorded phone call on speaker speech volume as to how bad K&B really is

Like the other person said it not just because he had the hours, so he should run. He was up for like 20 hours.

Their was a Walmart driver that kill somebody and he was 100%legal on log book from what I remember but running all night. Got a little sleepy and that was it. Walmart had to change some company policies after that. He also was up something like 20 hour without sleeping but his log book was legal and still had driving time available.

Back in my company driver days I recall a day I started my clock at 5am made a delivery and then company wanted me to pick up a load at 11pm and run it straight through.

Off duty time means nothing if you've been awake during the whole time.
