Get a portable diesel heater from Amazon. You can also burn kerosene with it too. They're inexpensive and safer than whatever nonsense the carrier gave you. Personally, I'd wouldn't drive for a company like that. They're treating you like dirt.

I can't believe there is ever more than one answer in these threads. Trucking has solved this. It's cheap, effective and efficient to have a diesel bunk heater in your truck. Takes up no space, burns about 16 oz. of diesel from your main tanks per night. So simple.
