Old timers, was it really better before technology?

    Yea Ive heard that driver's would want to change stories. So it's good to call police to have witness. knock knock have you ever been hit before ? If yes what was the cost of damages ?

    You can guess what damages on a $400,000 rig could go up to. Down time is what gets more costly than the repairs for a one truck owner operator who can’t generally rent a replacement rig. I have never been involved in an at fault accident. I also won’t ever drive any vehicle without a camera rolling.

    Pop had a lot of Cabovers. When this pic was taken I was in the 4070 B model. Woke up in that gray Freightliner in Mattoon, ILL one night, thought I was going through some kind of Chinese water torture. It was raining and the previous owner failed to do a very good job of plugging the holes after removing the rotating lights he had above the sleeper….

    That particular truck belonged to a man who is long gone now, far as I know the truck may be gone as well.

    I own a truck that I bought to fix up for my own use similar to it. Mine is a 1983 model. Found an old Gene Tracy cassette in it that will probably take a few here down memory lane lol….

    That's crazy sounds like you are a succesfull op. Maby I'll become one myself in couple years reason being is because I know everything is on you now truck payment,trailer, repairs, insurance,
