Did the recruiter go over the contract with you? It's pretty pricey. Also, don't wreck your back & shoulders with them tarps!

You're going there for the CDL training program? There is a 1 .5 year employment contract you sign for that. Unless it's changed. I think it was around 7k before.

2 years of flatbed, with the same employer -- along with a good safety record -- would make you pretty much golden.

During that time period -- be a careful driver...no accidents, incidents...or citations -- even in/with your personal vehicle(s).

No, I was really referring to tickets/citations for accidents or moving violations -- not out of date paperwork.

When I worked for them it didn’t matter if you got your med card the day prior, you’re going to get a new one through them. You’re bused over to a facility and given a DOT and a hair follicle drug test, I know you’ve been adamant about driver facing cameras, as Ive told you prior, they have them and use them. If Randy is still running orientation, he’s a good guy, easy to get along with. They have a safety lane in Jax that you’re required to go through every time you’re on the yard. I don’t much about benefits, but one thing that stood out to me back in 2014 when I was there is that you were only paid 60$ a day for vacation, that’s a whopping 300$ for a weeks vacation, who can afford that? Hopefully that’s changed, keep us posted.
