I do it plenty. I know my supplier treats it and when it's stupid cold I add more. and by more I usually mean a lot more. I'm very much a "if a little is good a lot more has to be better kinda guy"
another good reason to carry a laser thermometer. shoot the fuel in your tanks and see the temp.

All wind chill factors are is how rapidly heat is removed from an object, preferably the bare skin of a person. Thus the start of frostbite.

Just had a conversation 2 hrs ago about that with somebody that did it recently with Power Service and we both tend to think Howes is a better choice but regardless it would be pretty hard to over treat fuel -
