I have a 10ft utility trailer that has bigger axels -
The question that comes to mind here.
Did it start with two axles and something happened that forced them to remove it, or did they just not pay for the second axle? It looks like the hardware is there. -
Does anyone see anything wrong with this picture? I wouldn’t feel secure with it, but maybe it’s just me.
Tug Toy, exhausted379, cke and 5 others Thank this. -
At first, my only thought was he should have left it back a touch to lighten the tongue. It's a single rear wheel pickup, too.
Then I noticed 3 of the 4 chains pulling back, and some at differing angles from side to side on the same chain. All the chains pulling back are at steeper angles than the front chain, too. And only 1 binder per chain, although at least 3 of the chains were through shackles so it would allow tension to equalize. Looks like all new chain and binders.
And lastly, that short-coupled beast is going to mighty fun to back off without the trailer jacking off the side.
But hey, at least there's no CDL involved!Phoenix Heavy Haul, Gatordude, exhausted379 and 6 others Thank this.
