I have noticed if you walk up to someone and nicely, ask him if he could please pull forward, They are generally very accommodating. I have seen others walk up and TELL them to move forward and then they get yelled at. A lot of the reaction you get is because of how you ask, although it’s a given that you will meet some ####’s in every walk of life, no matter how nice you are

 

Your welcome. I think it comes down to basics in life treat others the way you’d like to be treated. At first. Then a more aggressive approach is an option. However sometimes it’s easier to just move to another pump. This would take two drivers but, if two got together and blocked said dumbarse in could work.
