Hi I'm 44yrs old female. I'm easy going and have a great personality and I am drama free. I'm looking to find someone I can team with for Covenant or where ever you are.
Male or female.
I have 3 months experience running teams. I have experience with dry van and reefer.
I'm a non smoker so I prefer a non smoker team mate.
I have my hazmat, doubles and triples and tankers endorsements. I have also applied for my Twic card.
I have a miniature Schnauzer that will be riding with as well.
I prefer driving in the daytime for now.
I don't mind staying out 6 to 8 weeks.
If interested let me know.

Well......since you say you are drama-free....you might well get better feedback and responses if you provide some more info:
- How much CDL experience do you already have (if any)?
- What type(s) of freight have you already worked with (if any)?
- Do you prefer to run with another non-smoker (or does it matter)?
I recently spoke personally with a team that had run for Covenant not long ago. Hint: YOU WON'T LIKE IT.

Welcome aboard, a bigger mistake I doubt you'll ever make. In my 40 years involved with trucking, I can name on one finger( won't say which one) how many team operations actually worked. Trucking has always been a solitary job, another person only complicates matters, and rarely does it work. Trucking has enough problems, I couldn't imagine adding another persons in the mix. The dog is fine, and should be the end of it right there. Please, best way I've found to make an enemy, is to share a truck with them. You can make just as much on your own, maybe more if you miss a load waiting for the other driver, and if you can't make it alone, then I'd do something else.
gentleroger, austinmike, Numb and 2 others Thank this. -
Other carriers that are pushing for more teams (who also take beginner drivers):
- Werner Enterprises
- Schneider National
Some positions with Werner may require you to find a co-driver first, before qualifying. Inquire within for specifics.

I may have a partner with 3 years experience. We would need a dedicated route so she can go home every week . And me being able to bring my miniature schnauzer that weighs almost 12lbs. Any suggestions?

Suggestions?
Werner Enterprises -- Team driving job -- home weekly
Since you'd be home weekly -- the above post wants both drivers living fairly close to each other....
SPECIAL NOTE: Be sure to avoid any job or account that puts you delivering to any of the so-called "dollar" stores: Dollar General, Family Dollar, etc. With only 3 months experience -- those jobs will chew you up and spit you back out!
Examples of dedicated accounts that are instead more beginner appropriate: Walmart, Home Depot, Lowes...or even Costco.
Werner is also a pet-friendly carrier.

Ok thank you

Indian River loves teams but without tanker experience you would have to go out with a trainer for 50 or 60 hrs

O and must have at least 6 months of driving experience

Ok thank you for this information. How much do they make after training?
