CR England...Drive Life....What A Crock! Read this and BEWARE!

My husband is OO from England is very happy. He's kinda made a mentor with a OO whose been there for 18 years and has several trucks with the company.

 

Is your husband a lease operator or a true owner operator?

And you can't make it just running a truck and paying the bills because it will not work. You can drive a company truck and pay your bills you need to pay the bills and put money back into saving and lots of money for breakdowns, replacement, slow times, etc.....

 

He has a downtime fund, and a maintaince fund, for all those things. He also has fund for buying his next truck.

 

And yes he's a real O/O.

 

Wait............ You think we are slackers cause we didnt make it at CR England???????? Wow, can I have some of what ever it is your smoking?

Your hubby may have made it. Yet alas, there are many out there that have recieved harsh treatment by insensitive employees of the company that seem to think its ok to treat people like dirt, than to be friendly or cordial. I personally treated everyone there iwth kindness and respect, yet what I got was far less than that.

 

Sillymom sounds like a recruiter for Crash and Roll....

Yup right , see it now , big CORPORATE meeting , todays agenda " LETS GET A FEW HAPPY PEOPLE WHO WILL POST ON FORUMS HOW GOOD WE ARE " then return to the LETS SPEND $ getting others to HATE US .

I didn't say you were, but the ones my husband has thrown off his truck sure as heck are. If you can't even take the time to make sure you shower and look presentable when delivering a load, I think your slacking. And I was talking in terms of pay roll, your dispatcher, etc. My husband's first month was not easy with CR. But he raised good ol'southern heck, and things have been great. The biggest trick is the fuel cap, and there lack of telling you CR England Policies, until after you break one.

Now I start to think about it, I think maybe Cr England hadn't ever had someone like my hubby ..maybe he's making changes for the good. I am optimistic person to say the least anyways.

I never said our road has always been easy with England, but I did say he makes good money and is HAPPY.
