    Be careful

I broke the Base on one as I was rebuilding it a few weeks ago here at the house, must have got a little frisky with the rear Tank to Bowl Bolt and it snapped the Porcelain clean off

Sorry for your loss. It’s good to spend time with them even if they don’t remember. As long as they aren’t violent. A lot of dementia patients get locked up and forgotten about.

On another note, the longevity in your family amazes me. Has it always been that way or just you and your sister? Both sides of my family barely break 80…..if they even make it that far.

It’s 9:54 in the DFW and it’s still 70 degrees outside. Dave just to let you to know that I’m still praying for lots of snow and TAIN in the Communist state to get them back to pre drought conditions.

That's why a professional will be doing it lol. Angle stop is also ancient and getting replaced. Finally found a plumber in a neighboring village. There is exactly one plumber in my town and he is getting up in years.

Guess it depends on how you define pre drought?

Los Angeles is always in a drought they must import water to survive. To my eyes the only way to end the drought in LA would be to eliminate a few million of the inhabitants and their jobs. Close up Hollywood and all of the other stuff that just sucks up water that they do not have.

How does Los Angeles get its water?
