I just took a closer look on Google Maps street view (closest intersection to receiver is Coleman Street and W Brooks Ave) and it looks like I might be able to park on the street. However, I see absolutely no one parked in the pictures, either street view or satellite view. No parking signs on one side of the street, but not the other.
