Just read where the manager of the Clinton Airport in Little Rock; who was shot by ATF during an attempt to serve a search warrant, has died.
Initially there was reference to him having served in that capacity at Ft Lauderdale-Hollywood airport and in El Paso before coming to LR.

His brother was stating he was a coin collector, a gun collector (old/newer), and made $253,000 a year. That he had "so much to lose". Now he is down to complaining about the unfairness of raiding at 6:00AM. A little pre prep attempt to flavor the facts being presented.

Seems he threw all this out the window to shoot at LE. Airport locations tend to lend some thought of what type/volume of collection was being accomplished during these service locations.

 

First hand experience today / very bad

 

Noticed ATF is keeping the contents of the search warrant quiet. My bet he was a little cog in a big machine, and they wanted to flip him.

Just cause he had a good paying job and political connections does not mean he is not susceptible to being lead astray via blackmail or something corrupt.

 

I think you’re supposed to press the “D” and fogeabotit. I drove a bobtail with that same pattern, the issue I had was I kept reaching for an invisible shifter that wasn’t there.

 

First time I drove one, a bodyjob Peterbilt, at the very first stop light I stepped on the "clutch" except it was the brake. They stop good.
