What if it Snows?

Forgot to take my meds so irritability is HIGH tonight.

I would like to take the people who use lightbars, fog lights and highbeams nonstop and bend them over. I will then break up the bulbs into smallish/medium pieces and jam them up/in their rear ends. I bet that will take care of any future blinding situations. Painful lessons are always remembered.
