You suddenly realize you just missed the turn for a weigh station. Do you keep driving to your destination, pull to the side of the road?

Also, what if you forget to take a 30 minute break and you are using a e log tablet?

I am asking for a friend.

I would keep going and hopefully your fat ##* don't get pulled over by a state trooper or if you want to be a nice trucker guy/gal get off the next exit and turn around and go back to the scale but at this point, time is of the essence. I would just keep going and next time remember to drive in the next scale. as for the 30 minute lunch, try to take it immediately. if you forget, take it as soon as you remember and call your dispatcher or supervisor and let him/her know you forgot to take a lunch. they will be able to correct that.

Post #3 is exactly what I would do and have done. Keep going!

Wave with all your fingers. And then keep on trucking.

I had a green light on one. Then when I was too close to exit, it changed to red. Screw them! They can get their act together!
    .
When they change your log for break. It will show. If you get inspected. DOT will be able to see it as changed. Just hope you don't in the next 7 days.

Usually the weigh stations are closed and you get kind of used to that, then one day it is open and you don't see it until too late. Yes hopefully time will make missing the break disappear from the log.

If they come after you then pull over, otherwise just keep going.

So about 81 me and two other guys were coming out of New Mexico eastbound at Anthony. Used to be an old chicken coop there and I do mean little. Well, we couldn't figure out if it was open or close so we blow by, and here comes some old brown car with a couple of bubblegum machines on top and blowing smoke out the tail pipe. One of the guys calls on the radio is he after us, we're like we don't know cause he really couldn't catch us. That car didn't run very good. Well, he finally gets up beside number two, and dives in behind him over to the shoulder of the road and almost hit a parked car. And we were like blown away. What is this guy doing? Well here he comes again and about the time he gets up behind us for the second time we cross the state line into Texas and he turns left across the median and just sits there. Never could figure out what was really going on.
