Interesting! The judge is no-nonsense and fair. DOT officers and judges in Tennessee were never like that; maybe that's changed.

 

As long as they've been writing overweight tickets on portable scales,they should know that this is going to come up.

I don’t think this is a little guy looks like Oakley trucking.Most little guys aren’t going to pay a lawyer $700 to fight a $300 overweight ticket

I've seen this guys videos before. He must have the patience of a saint! Most of the videos posted from his courtroom deal with him walking 'sovereign-citizen' types through the legal process, and very casually letting them know when their arguments are garbage.....

 

you know, he's in Michigan. How heavy do you need to be to get an overweight ticket THERE?

 

Prosecutor reminds me of high school moot court where points are scored/deducted for procedure as opposed to actually building an argument.
