I don’t think I could think of a less desirable run. Maybe STL to IND, only because the roads are worse.

Spent the day yesterday getting the truck serviced. Went to the KW dealer in Murfreesboro for a complete service and a couple of recall issues taken care of. Got the truck in at 0830 and got it back at 1430. Called an Uber and went to Cracker Barrel for lunch. Was back at the hub by 1500 and called it a day. Got a call from my contractor letting me know to be ready at 0500 this morning for a Lenexa KS run. First time since I started here I’ve been preplanned.
So I only ran 5 days this week but was able to squeeze out 2110 miles which gave me 110 bonus miles. Right now I’m doing my 30 in Mount Vernon Illinois.MidWest_MacDaddy, High Stepper, IH9300SBA and 6 others Thank this. -

Got to the Lenexa hub yesterday at 6pm, dropped my trailer and checked in with Linehaul. Was told the sort would be finished at 0300 and to be ready at 0400. At 0500 I got the call. Hook a set going to Olive Branch. I checked the tracking in the app for my trailers and found the location. I saw that they were dropped at 0430 so I knew they wouldn’t be moved. Went and got me a dolly, dropped it at the build area, then went and got my light trailer. Got that one and the dolly lined up then went and located my heavy trailer. Took me all of 20 minutes to build my set. There was a mandatory safety inspection set up before leaving. What they do is a complete walk around to make sure you’re hooked completely and properly. Of course I was, but the gentleman doing the inspection told me at least twice a day they find drivers that forgot to hook their safety chains. Olive Branch at 1700.
