Each load rack has their own rules on getting carded. Some places like kinder Morgan might make the process a little smoother if you already have a card from another load rack. But even then it depends on how cool the T.O. Is. Don’t worry about this process it’s not a big deal.

Nope . Each terminal is different.
Marathon Albuquerque is different than Marathon El Paso . Your marathon code will work after your allowed to load by that terminal.
Just having a code tells whomever who you are , the Terminal controls who can come in and load.

Dont you get in with a TWIC card.Thats how I do it.You have to be put in at every terminal you load at.Also you must use your TWIC card to begin loading product.

What kind of product do you pull? You must be going to ports for whatever you’re pulling. Fuel haulers go to terminals that require a card or driver number provided by that terminals company.

To answer the original OP, the card from that terminals company will work at every terminal they operate ONLY AFTER it gets turned on at each and every terminal you visit. In other words, you have to go through the carding process at every terminal you visit.

With that said, some of the terminals will turn the card on for you without going through the process again if their systems are similar to a terminal you are already turned on at (owned by the same company).

It has nothing to do with city, state, etc. Your card only works at any terminal in which you physically went into that office and had them “turn on” your card.
