If you’re running new equipment why would you keep it much past 3 years when the depreciation is up?
And like I said, my old truck is still hauling milk everyday and they put the lift axle back on it. It had right at 600k when I sold it to them in January of 2022. According to the experts here that motor should’ve windowed the block long before I even sold it.

Like I said it’s your truck drive it as you wish makes no matter to me drive it till it’s depreciated out is a good business move each has their own reasoning I don’t care because I and not looking to buy it when your done with it

I once worked with a truck that did something similar.
Bossman met new driver on his first day and told him fluids were good. Truck was already running.
Turns out one of the fluids was missing.
