It will not hurt them at all, if anything, ATF will clean and lubricate the fuel system. I’ve primed my Fuel Filter and Racor water separator with 100% ATF. It will smoke some until it clears up. OR, run some 2 stroke oil from WallyWorld.

Soooo. I need some help. How do i go about changing the way the throttle goes? Maybe I'm just remembering wrong it has been 4 and half years almost....
But for some reason I'm thinking push forward for acceleration was the old one and this one now is pull back for acceleration.... this is bugging me i can't remember. Can anyone clear this up before i go insane with insomnia

Got some more things done this weekend. Chased down a oil leak. Pulled manifold turbo oil cooler etc etc otf. Ordered new Gaskets and a few exhaust studds and turbo bolts. Replaced the old manifold with my one off my 7fb swapped it back to high mount turbo vs low mount. Rained a bunch so that's all i could do. I wish i had a shop to work on the ole girl...

Is the manifold you took off what came on the engine (I think you said it came out of a ford)
Also did you happen to get these ford mounts with the engine?
Sorry not trying to hijack your thread but I am working on putting one in a ford right now.

Ill look when I'm home this weekend I'm pretty sure they are still on the pallet and I'm 75% sure they are the ones. Still have the manifold and everything i took off.

Well off for the week no piggys to haul. Got driveshaft in, 2 new u joints... headlight wires wired back up... passenger side plug is shot have to get a new one. Painted the exhaust with some 2000 degree temp primer pain and clear we will see how long that lasts not to hopeful on that.
Tomorrow exhaust spacers and bolts install, relocation of the oil fill tube to pass side, install oil coller and turbo, turbo lines. (All depeneding on the weather)

Well in-between the rain storms i got the oil cooler on, manifold bolted up, old turbo off my 7fb on, turbo lines on...
Got question will this leak? Had hell of a time getting the o ring on for the oil cooler
