    IMG_2918.jpeg Got to brag a little. My granddaughter went to state in track last week in 4 events. She got third in long jump and first in 100m hurdles and missed the state record by 15/100s of second.

    1974 903 Cummins, 13 speed on Hendrickson suspension. 432k on odometer. Could be 6 million, idk. Looking to sell.

    @AModelCat how goes the training?

    Was trying to trim down and be smaller and leaner, maybe 180lbs. But I didn’t want to look like one of those “old bodybuilder” types who look like they curl the pink dumbbells for 5000 reps and maintain an Ethiopian diet and walk around with 3% body fat. I’d gotten down to 205. Been concentrating mainly on my shoulders, back and legs. Lots of steak and eggs, cheese, whey protein and minimal carbs on the weekends only. Waistline staying trim. Still have my strength, but for some reason, I packed on muscle. I wanted 185, but went to 220. I was under the impression that being older, it would be harder to put the mass on.

    Been looking through the old guy videos to see guys that actually look strong instead of like starving vegans flexing in underwear and I saw this
    There’s no possible way she’s 70. 45, sure. 50, nice for 50. 70? Female with mass and don’t have the starving vegan flat muscle look? Impossible.

    I think I pulled something in my left forearm/inner elbow 2 weeks ago. Could barely handle being at work without being in pain. I've been taking it easy in the gym for now with just cardio and some lower body stuff.

    Tried some upper body stuff last night as a test to see if I was healed. I handled some dumbbell rows and bench press ok but curls and overhead press were a no go. Hopefully another couple days and I'll be back again.

    Got home late.
    Walked down and ordered a pizza to go. Ran 80 bucks thru the cardboard crack machine.
    Won 9 bucks.
    I hang my head in shame.
