I have my ELD on but I'm not sticking to HOS compliancy
With the warm weather, construction and traffic I can't further jeaopordize the customers bees and stop for normal breaks.
Thanks for the heads up -
You get the 150 ag radius on both ends but you’ll have to log the middle.
LilRedRidingHood and Coffey Thank this. -
Right.
Thanks -

That’s what happens when people buddy up to the Ag lobby instead of waiting for OOIDA to save the day. Depending on where you’re at you can easily have a legal 1000 mile day with insects or livestock. If the bees are coming out of the panhandle I’d venture a guess it’s almost legal without much fudging to get to MI unless they’re going way up north.
I don’t blame them one bit for getting a group to fight for their livelihood when the mandate came down. It’s more than the rest of the industry can say.Accidental Trucker, Feedman and LilRedRidingHood Thank this. -

The powers at be are at war with us, they are attempting to take away our ability to produce at a high level by limiting our freedom; demanding control of our time (ELD), using our tax money to pay to kill lives, (abortion), locking up our abundant God given resources in order to pad their own pockets and gain worldly control, (Green Deal).
The rise of socialism pushed by the current government leaders may not be anymore clear than seen iby their corrupt treatment towards our small transportation businesses. -
So all I was doing was explaining how the 150 on each end came to be a couple years ago. I’ve never been around bees but I know what happened to cattle rates during Covid when a log wasn’t required at all and I know what happened to the rates once people had to start logging in the middle. A free for all on hours worked isn’t the answer to anything.
Feedman Thanks this. -
