I have one in the back of the head for the cab heat. Other 2 holes have sensors in them. Or are you referring to the water pump body or were else on the head could i put them?

I see the one to the oil cooler now. Has to look at the pics closer. I'll get back after dinner

I cannot find that picture but for heat it is best to come off the top of the head toward the back if possible. One for the cab and one for the sleeper. Those hoses should go to the heater valves. The return hoses should go the suction side of the water pump or lower radiator hose. Best to keep them separate and short.Big Road Skateboard, Opus and Adisiwaya Thank this.

Have anyone used the manifold blocks they sell? 500 bare and 1200 with fittings kinda seems spendy af. -
I do not know what you are talking about so no. If that is $500 - $1200 that is totally out of the question for me.Big Road Skateboard Thanks this.

Piss on that but I like some of those cute little valves. That is all you need. You can find them on line as well or at a good local supplier.Big Road Skateboard and Adisiwaya Thank this.

Looking closer I do not even like their valves. You can get them that are pipe thread on one side, straight, 45, or 90 with 5/8's or 3/4' hose barb on the other side.Big Road Skateboard Thanks this.

Yeah, no need for anything like that.

Where are you planning to run? I assume your talking about a fuel tank heater?
