Didn't South Dakota just tighten up residency or domicile requirements for employees?

if your single and no tie downs id'e look at getting a south dakota address from a mail forwarding service and sell the car if you have one get rid of any itmes that you don't want and maybe get a storage for those special items that you may want to keep. live in the truck fulltime and get a motel every so often. work on paying all of your debt off and stacking that cash

Schneider has a terminal on Memorial Drive....in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts.

The other "beginner" carriers that will teach you how to drive probably won't have anything similar anywhere near as close to your present location (with the possible exception of Swift):

Just some "food for thought": make that commute to/from work shorter....NOT longer. o_O

He wants to beat-feet out of Connecticut as soon as he gets his cdl.
"Beat feet is an informal expression that means to run or flee quickly from a scene or situation."
He wants to do some coast-to-coast & border-to-border trucking. The best way to do that is reefers or flatbed.
He doesn't want to pay state income taxes either. The quick way to do that is in South Dakota.

I'm not even going to bring up the subject of the Governor of South Dakota:
