1 ticket: for speeding 74/40
2 ticket: no seatbelt
3 ticket: driving with suspended (unknowingly)
I had not update my new address on my license so I kept getting notices from motor vehicle without knowing. that result my multiple suspensions I knew my license was suspended after getting those tickets that day.
And for that 1 accident, I was pulling up to a red light that turned green, the car before started to take off but slowed down for some reason and that resulted me hitting him from the back a tiny bit, NOTHING MAJOR. I wasn't driving my car so I wasn't listed on insurance list. That incident occurred back in 2020

I feel more relieved knowing after 3 years some companies might give me a chance and they won't regret it! I'm really a good driver to be honest. I was speeding to get a drug test for a job that I really wanted and I got caught in the moment. My Records have been clean since. So I'm just pentiently waiting. Thank you all for the quick responses! I truly appreciate it!

Wow, those two i could not even consider hiring you for at least 2 more years. The killer there is the 74 in a 40, the second is driving while suspended.
wifi_guru, Bud A., bryan21384 and 3 others Thank this. -
The 74 in a 40 is the worst. In trucking that's "reckless driving."
You might get a 1099 job, but will need a cdl first.
~
WIOA Program Indiana might pay for cdl school at no cost to you.
Maybe you can do this while waiting for the 3 yr. mark.RealJohnson Thanks this. -
You don’t want to fork out $5-6k out of pocket for a CDL and not be able to get a job.wifi_guru, Bud A., RealJohnson and 1 other person Thank this. -
