Got the old wagon up to Anniston for the night, I’ll head south in the AM and reload some rocks then head home for a few days off. @NightWind these Alabama summers are brutal, the heat seems to get worse every year up here!

@NightWind heard you chatting south of Birmingham yesterday but couldnt reach out far enough to get your attention, loaded at LRM and brought it back to central Florida this morning. Been a while since I had been over there and Red wasn’t around anymore, some younger dude that had the personality of a stump. I miss the old days….

 

Busy week here, 2 rounds out of central Florida up to Birmingham and back, then pulled 5 loads around north Florida yesterday and today, finished it all up dropping some lime in the middle of nowhere for a tree farm. Logged off with 3 hours left on my 70, wore out and ready for a few days to refresh.

 

Hooked to a walker this week, tree stuff is so much cooler then dirt stuff, thing will take like a 50” log and chip it right into the wagon all in one piece, then drive it home

Fun trick. If you fill a 5 gallon bucket with material you can make a ramp for 1 tandem. Use the back of a rake to smooth it out and if really parinoid use a laser level and 2x4 to see just how even you will be after you use the trailer tires to pack it in. Ive done that a few times to dump in rather iffy areas.
