    Since I’ve started my new gig January 2nd, I’ve averaged 42 hours per week. Coming from the chasing miles mindset, this is pretty cool. Plus, my health is exponentially better, and I’ve lost 25 pounds. I actually get out and walk everyday.

    Been almost 11 years since I was OTR. Lost and kept off 35lbs and I am in the best shape since before I started driving. 61 next month hope to retire at 67, could probably go at 65 but my pension and social security jump up pretty good. Good for both of you @JohnBoy an @ bzinger. Wish you guys the best, life is good now.

    Thank you , I'm sure I'll lose some weight too cause I'm much more active at home now and eating better , spend very little time in my recliner now.
