Oh I gotcha. I’m pretty sure the talbert and the Fontaine both have a weight limit on the neck. Maybe I’m wrong though. It has happened before

Seems like a good place for a pressure relief/bypass of some sort. Or just reinforce the support before replacing it.

I don’t see that you are doing anything to cause damage. But I would make this suggestion. Dump the bags on the truck first. That way when you detach all you have to do is pull forward and raise the bags. That will keep you from dragging the stirrups and you don’t have to get out again. Then when you hook back up drop the air when you’re backing up. Badda bing badda boom

Ok, dump air bags before I do anything! Then that'll give me a few extra inches to pull forward.... Ill try it Monday morning!

Ok Dumping air bags does help...but, its not the 1st thing I should do in the order of steps to do things!!

I couldnt get my pin pulled monday morning. So I tried it in the same order(letting air out 1st) yesterday morning and it worked good. When I went to deliver unload yesterday afternoon, it didnt work so well. Part of that was because I wasn't on a flat surface.

Im gonna try another order of things this afternoon when I pick up a box truck.

    cke and Oxbow Thank this.
