Back when I was a Knight driver, my dispatcher calls me one day talking about bonuses. I told her to just stop, because we both know that they are just about unreachable. She said ok and have a good day. We never discussed bonuses again.

 

The knight brothers are cheapos..they even go to the length of stealing payroll…no surprise here

 

Heard this before. I never had an issue.

 

Delivered Radford, and was given a Carlisle gatorade drop,did that Friday, and was sent near Baltimore,for a pu Saturday morning,going to Byhalia,dropped that today,now I'm sitting on the W.Memphis yard.

 

I personally had it happen to me more times than i can count..

 

Picked up my Columbia gatorade this morning and the lights in the top rear weren’t working and the ABS light was staying on. Load wasn’t due til tomorrow morning at 0900 so I called breakdown and went to the TA. Turned out to be an all day affair there. Guess they had to run some new wiring along with replacing the lights and the ABS turned out to be the trailer needing a new ECM. Going to live unload in the morning and weekend folks put a message out to few ppl letting them know the trailer needs to go to one of the yards to get that ECM replaced.

 

Pu in Forrest City for drop in New Castle tonight.

 

Got sent to Charleston, Sc after emptying at Pepsi in Columbia to live load a Volvo load. Been there before and went to the same side of the warehouse only to find out by the security folks that they shutdown that side and had to turn around and go to the other side. Kind of a pain to back into the only open dock being I had to back around the other truck there sticking out of the other dock. Wouldn’t have been so bad if the half a dozen pallets of stuff hadn’t been out front so I would have been able to swing out the front of my truck instead of making micro pull ups and backs to get into the dock without hitting the concrete wall or the other truck. Load due in Byhalia Wed afternoon 1630 but dropping on the yard tomorrow afternoon. Guess they are going to put a new ECM in the trailer there after it is empty or just leave the ABS light on for someone else, lol!

 

And my run of bad luck continues….fuel filters clogged and stopped on side of the road. I tried draining the separator little bit but won’t start and the primer is on left side of the engine and Im not getting ran over to mess with it. Petro called and said noon eta because they didn’t see the work order….
