Brothers an sister while driving in to cordelaine
Idaho on 90 , I get a flashing weight station sign ,exit now . I remembered that I thought it was next exit .but I exited with a state trooper behind me .
Confused at the outcome ( weight station flashing sign was in front of the wrong exit.)
December 2022. Exit 7 .the trooper admitted it's the next.
But cited me for a illegal lane change. ( He said i looked confused????).

Anyway he comes back with the citation ,an says ( I'm gonna put you out of service).
For a June 13 2019 Oregon weigh station ticket.
An ticket you for driving w/o a class a since January 2020.
I'd had a suspension from Feb 2022-june 12 2022.
I'd just got it back ,obviously cleared all segments of reinstatement!.
But we worked my truck back to Washington truck stop. An he said don't leave till you pay this ticket gave me the number for oregon (Ashland dot).?
Dude I'm in Washington now ,your outta Idaho!
But I controlled to check it out ,with a court date in Idaho set for 5 weeks away ,( loaded ,I had to go.)
That's not my ticket !
Weight master said , ticket says you approved the transponder post an yours wasn't working.
( When I got a copy it didn't say that).
So he signaled you in . Then he says ( driver saw he was 4000 over on rear tandems! .)
I paid to leave !
Sent me the ticket in mail , or something with my name on it.
But ( driver saw he was 4000 over ,is ALL it said! Not the rest of the story..
$500. An I'm asking all drivers to inspect this an reply.
I get back to California 30 days later ,an they suspended my lisense for the Idaho driving w/o.
5 months later after threatening me with jail.the judge dropped it at trial..
Has anybody ever heard of something like this.
I'm still outta work ,something on d.m.v an the tickets won't clear till June 12 2025.coincidentaly like the first suspension.

True I was in the center lane,but had you understood .the flashing exit now sign was before the wrong exit!
