Just got my CDL and applying for first job.
I read lots of horrible reviews of all the mega starter companies and it is hard to get a read on which is better other than Western Express gets little respect from anyone.
Which are the best for a newb, dry van OTR?

Easier to find something with reefers & flatbeds. -
