You guys are a necessary evil. Keen would dump all company trucks if they could. The money is in the epc’s. My only complaint with Keen’s brokerage is that they only care about getting it done as cheaply as possible. Loyalty and good service go out the window the minute a cheaper truck comes along.

 

5 years or less and Keen sells all company trucks.

 

Got to play around in the airport today. Hauling out the old bridges to the scrap yard. There was a miscommunication about how tall they were supposed to be. Wound up being 15'4" high loaded. At least it's only going across town.

They are quite fun to mess around with. I'm just glad I don't have to pay for or maintain it. They also weigh a ton. 76K empty with my truck

 

What does epc mean

 

Equipment processing center. Basically a huge storage lots. Equipment comes from overseas and they warehouse and do minor up fits and repairs.
