Thought i give this place a try see if someone can help me out.

2020 coronado glider freightliner build 12.7 detroit 505k miles O/H at 316k everything brand new head oil pump water pump oil cooler pdi manifold, k31 turbo. 3 weeks ago i started noticing the truck running way hotter temp around 200 when loaded, if i hit a hill when climbing temp goes up to 220 with fan on and stays there for a while does not come back down. This truck since O/h my temp would never go past 190 even when hitting hills fully loaded and then come back down by itself never had to use the fan, fuel economy always 7mpg or more loaded. Ive noticed some power loss turbo spool 27-29psi on the boost gauge but truck seems to be running too hot while loaded. If bobtailing or empty trailer temp is at 170-175 all the time its only when loaded. Ive Taken it to two of my mechanics, already changed thermostats, checked CAC for boost leaks no leaks anywhere, installed a pyro and it never reads past 900 while pulling a hill or 1000 while pulling a grade. Fuel economy has gone down 5.6mpg now and running temp 200 all the time plus while loaded. Empty truck has zero problems its while loaded that truck is running way too hot than what it used too. Any ideas what could be going on? Thanks for the help

Soak your cold radiator and A/C condenser and CAC with 409 cleaner, and let it sit for at least 1 hour.
Flush your radiator with a garden hose starting from the rear (engine side).
The 409 will loosen the bugs and dirt and the garden hose will move the sludge out of the fins without damage.
I had the same thing happen to me and the IHC dealer in Denver showed me that it was not my thermostats or water pump.
I built a 90 degree flush/blower tube that was 30 inches long and used it twice a year to help clear each "rad" individually.

Pull charged air, wash rad and charged air with low psi soap and water. That rad package was the same as Columbia and Century. Notorious for heating up when dirty.
