Just got off the phone with my mom talk’n her down— took about an hour— we head down to Dave’s area of the world next Wednesday to celebrate Dad’s 85th anniversary of being on the planet — Mom told I’d probably have to feed less than 50 peoples and now it’s over 65 and she’s about to crap her pants — parting words were “Mom, I don’t give a F if there’s a hundred, we’ll feed em and drink em— calm down, we got a professional team headed south” it’s bound to be a blow out in the Wick of Burg next Saturday

 

Just from the Pictures (without any Room Inventory or Square Footage) that house would easily fetch double and maybe triple that Number in PA
