I used to use tripmaker to help in getting time and mileage close enough when reconstructing days gone by. Also asking shippers not to time stamp my copies of the bill's. Oh it was a preload, sure it was.

i remember sitting down in the dining room on sunday afternoon and filling out my logs for the previous week. "local" moving equipment. we did a lot of work out of town back then. don't miss it.

A company I worked for had a regular class on how to falsify a log. The dispatcher taught it. He was an ex driver and knew what he was doing.
The new hires would all be on the same page that way...no pun intended. We never ran over our hours by a lot but it was good to make it back home instead of laying over somewhere.Sons Hero, The_vett, Rugerfan and 1 other person Thank this. -

That particular company has been out of business for many years. One of the reasons for their demise was the huge fines they had to pay when they got caught falsifying logs.
