What is the width you assume the Oversize is?

I don't know about Canada's rules, never drove there.

I'm still waiting for the answer to "How wide" Every state has a different set of rules.

Please do explain to the members. Since you asked your "Magic 8 ball" and have all the facts. How wide are the loads I pulled, how many and how wide.
I don't pull any load that requires police escort anymore and I don't haul overweight. You can reply with any answer. I won't refute or defend what you claim is my experience.

Someone did make the statement not to use warning lights. See the quote above. Not only have the public become complacent, but some "professional" drivers have also.

I do give all drivers that haul OD a little more respect, even the 8' 7" loads. Reading and understanding the General Provisions and following a route is an added skill.
My truck mirrors are approximately 10' wide. So, in an off handed way, all of us driving are moving an OD load.

    Have a great day.

Exactly, the width that, a particular state requires the lights. You cant even comprehend basic english lol. Why do you need 2 answers to the same question. I don't have evey state memorized anymore, as Ive been out of heavy haul for some years, just started again a couple weeks ago after finding a company paying 200k plus a year so its worth it again, that's why I read permits for now until I have it memorized again, But in MN someone with lights on, I would assume are either at least 12-6 wide or 95 long.

Yeah I mentioned it to a coworker I met on the first load that the pay seems to good to be true. So he showed me his T4(Canada) same as W-2 in USA, he made $247k last year, he does get 2% more than me as he's been here a while so I won't make quite that much, for a couple years, but shouldn't be a problem breaking 200k, as my cut for the first load is paying me $5300 for 7 days work, well will need a reset after unload, but it's not super heavy and only 10-6 wide....so hopefully next load pays even better. Looking forward to see the paycheque when run I 13 axles.
