Thank you for taking the time to read and reply to my problems. I certainly wish to remain with IDC if at all possible. I just got a load headed to Louisiana. Should I run into what has become lately the same old song and dance after I deliver, I will seek assistance from you or Nick.
Thank you for trying to help save my employment here at IDC. Until this changeover I've been extremely happy to work here. Let's get back to making money together!

ChuckK70 - I read your post and and I want to help. There's always issues in a computer system conversion - but our huge investment in this new system with its auto dispatch gives our drivers the power to keep themselves moving. Let's fix what's keeping you from moving. Call Tacoma and ask for me or Nick.

Are you kidding me this is awesome, that renee would take the time to come here and try to fix the problem. I have been a trucker for almost 17yrs, and I have never been fire or had any accidents , But I always always talk and try to fix the problem, before jumping the gun. Many drivers are one set minded, its either my way, or I quit.. remember dispachers have many driver to take care of, its not one on one, be patient and relax, and be polite and corteous when speaking to people. I talk to them the way I want to be talk to. Remeber they are humans too and they have tempers just like us truck drivers. Finally i am impressed by IDC for coming here and trying to fix things for their drivers. I am almost ready to hit the road but, i want to make sure, i can get the miles, I have a local job, but the hours are slowing down... -

How many companies out there are ready and willing to take the time to try and help you get better miles, not many and the ones that do don't treat you as a human being they are all about the numbers, I think i'll stay here for awhile and see what happens
-
They may fix the problem in the short term for this driver, but in the long run their turnover will require them to move on to make a new driver happy for awhile while most of the ones who make more per mile are kept from getting the miles to make those raises worth it. I liked IDC while I was their but I think if they really cared about your miles they would freeze hiring and can about a third of their fleet. But they need those solos to support their teams and contractors. Who are the real ones they care about and the ones who bring the most in return. The solo at IDC? not that valuable as long as they have new aps to process.
The bottom line is the bottom line and IDC has stiff competition right down the street in the likes of GTI-SNI- KGT and yes Swifty for the same freight -
Auto dispatch? Explain please
-
Psycho - I'm calling you now...we've got miles...let's keep you moving.

How about that if you just sit and do nothing then you will get nothing but if you ask then you will recieve,Isn't that how it goes? It does for me and I am happy here so if you are also happy here then it will work out and you can only do what you can do and they have the miles if you want them
