I don't own Ryder, that's a rental truck, so HOS doesn't apply.
I have four trucks that are over 10,001 lbs GVW; they are box trucks and work intrastate. They all have to log because they are driving outside the 150-mile radius and work for hire.Oxbow Thanks this. -
My office quit asking me to log sleeper when I sent the boss a Snapchat of me getting a hummer at a ladies house in Williston.

Now, if you sling a hammock under the trailer because your AC quit working, do you log SB or off duty while sleeping in the hammock?

I can't imagine this being an issue with LTL drivers not being able to prove their 10 hours off duty was legit.Concorde and Rideandrepair Thank this. -
