is it factory glider or is it new truck with old engine? Glider is ok, but even with a deleted truck you can’t pass the sniff test for state inspection, I went round and round with them a few years ago when they tried pulling my reg for no inspection about being a truck used in commerce and was told their inspection meets federal levels and that I must bring the truck back into the state for a sticker if I want to keep reg active

    duck this state

It’s not a factory glider. It’s a 389 with a new Cat engine. It would have a new VIN and an assembled vehicle title from Nebraska.

I want to say that will come up as a rebuilt title here for the year of the truck then

register it in NH would probably be your safer bet

There is nothing wrong with selling and listing a truck as deleted. I know a guy who owns a dealership. They said its fine to advertise it as deleted.

    When I did emissions.

The motor had to pass for the year of the vehicle. If the year had devices. The older motor couldn't get a waiver without them devices.
    Should the motor not pass.

    That was for cars though

I think it depends what state your in. I lived in Arkansas with a deleted truck. It was no problem at all to find shops that would work on it. I sold it to a used truck dealer who was very happy it was deleted. I think every owner operator I knew there was either running a deleted truck or pre emissions.
