Dac report

if i do not have my cdl yet do i have a DAC report? or does it start once i obtain them

 

You don't have one until an employer files a report.

 

you wanna keep a clean dac report at all times every trucking company u apply to can pull that up at anytime the dac report means alot keep it CLEAN at all times cause trust me they will look !!

 

well what i also want to know is can a trucking company see your court driving record or just your regular mvr cause their is a differance and i want to know what they can see

 

If it happened they will find it.

 

i lost the website and can not find the forum about where to go to get a copy of your dac report once a year. Anyone know ??? thanks!!!!

That is close enough. Hireright is the company. So anywhere on the site you can find your way to it. He will need to print off the form and mail it in.
They are behind the times and do not let you apply for it online.

 

Probably a signature issue and/or FOIA.

 

I have a question maybe someone can help me with i was terminated for what the company said were log violations/falsification when i applied for unemployment the company contested me getting unemployment but the state sided with me and said it was an unjust termination and awarded me 388.00 wk in unemployment. Now heres the problem the company still listed on my dac log violations, company policy violations ( wich were the log violations) and stated on dac " would not rehire" can a company still put this info on your dac when the state ruled that it was an unjust termination? I'm having a hell of a time getting a good job because of the dac report filed by this company. Any advice would help thanks
