It’s even more fun if they have fenders. Bonus for mud flaps.

I’ve been holding back on posting as I’m sure a few people will know who I am as the setup was a bit distinct. 7DA90D90-DB95-44C9-B10B-1316BE75273B.jpeg

    Tall and awkward to chain.

Like the trailer was made for it. 90 ton winch. 326B1B2B-684D-406B-9DCA-F459BEFB76AA.jpeg
Too much trailer for this one. The tires nearly rubbed on the frame getting on. 427701D4-2D0A-4315-A828-9749F4DD9499.jpeg
One of my first 13 axels and the first hydraulic rgn.

It doesn’t fit the right way round that trailer only has 19-21’ of deck depending on how much fits beside the neck. It really needed to be 2’ longer.

These are not that big so I’m not sure if they even belong here.

about 163,000. One of the reasons I got rid of the talbert. Couldn’t get more than 16 on the steer with 65 on the drives

Yes, it was likely too much for that wagon and ground clearance was a problem for that trip. My excuse, first real rgn load and only second year of cdl. I knew the ground clearance was bad but most of the rgns I had been around bowed a little. It also went back down the street to the shipper to have the rest of the arm pulled as it was about 10k heavier than they said.

Edit: Some of the miss shape is the curve of the panoramic picture. The curb has a smile to it as well.

That’s getting a bit heavy for an 8, no? That orange wagon needed a truck with a heavy front end or really needed about 6-8” added to the kingpin to get the weight onto the jeep, always heavy on the drives.

FerrissWheel, CAXPT, cke and 2 others Thank this.

There are a lot of states where you can legally get much more than 20K/axle on a permit. Got a buddy who regularly runs 190+ on 8. Never leaves WI and is within ratings of all axles and the trailer. WI allows crazy weights though as does a lot of the midwest.
