That was me around that time as I went from nights first year to days second. So once I learned both customer bases I was good to go! Nights were always chill and easier to get into the tight spots. Days was always go go go!

Then management was like ok your going into 450bar hydrogen so it started all over again lol

Whats up guys I'm new here! I've been hauling LNG for a year now I'm on track to make 76k after taxes. What do I need to do to get over 100k? I work all the time I make 300 per day plus a miles bonus over 2200 miles of .54 cents a mile. Has anyone looked into leasing a truck and running cryo? Thoughts?

    viper822004 and Dennixx Thank this.

I’d go local or hourly instead of mileage based and base pay That seems silly to me.

Talk to whomever about a raise and a more efficient dispatch.

Do you drive for a hauler or a producer?

Unless I work harder than others. I rarely get recaps. No matter what I hauled. Always killed my 70 before it even shows any recap hours

I've been keeping an eye on Linde ads, since I'm unsure whats going to happen at my terminal. We are losing our biggest source of work this week and we haven't gotten replacement work(The work I was actually hired for) as far as I know and we have both myself and a driver coming off of light duty, coming into the driver pool. Posted years averages on the ads for local solo drivers have dropped across the board except for a few spots and most of the ads are now for teams and call and demand. Theres been talk at our place about getting rid of the overtime. So there's been rumblings of a possible 4 day work week here. Unsure of whats going on. Trying not to spend any money in case I need to move again

    Rugerfan and Dennixx Thank this.
