Any consideration to another materials handling shop. One that is stable and needs experienced mechanics (which they don't find on the corners).
Typically in slowdowns; back then, owners fixed the old vs new. A middle rated hand with a solid established company could make good money.
There is a problem tho. Those jobs; like good drivers, are filled by satisfied men and someone has to mess up or just die for them to be hiring.

 

It's that edge.. Up in Maine, slip south all the way to DC? ... The trouble may have been due to Dave being up in there..........
