    I was looking at the map. What’s with the squiggly part east of Pendleton? I gather there’s a big mountain there.

    I take it that’s also where the wreck was?

    Marriot-Slaterville. , sort of north and west of Ogden. Runs along the western side of the Depot.
    Used to go there quite a bit. HD has a DC there.

    Oh it's not that bad. You go up and down and back and forth a bit. You do get a lot of quickly changing conditions there. As the elevation changes you can go from rain to snow to fog to snow to slush to ice to snow to bare to wet to snow within 50 miles or so!

    Probably looking at I-84. Going east out of Pendleton on I-84, the first thing you do is climb the dreaded (cue scary music) “Cabbage Hill”.
