3 months waiting for a single paycheck. And not 3 months worth of paychecks I hope lol. Because after not getting paid one check I would have bolted out of there. Be extremely careful with the scammers that say they pay after the 3rd week. No one should be holding 3 weeks of pay before paying you. Many do 2 weeks and that's even questionable in my opinion. Typical I accept is one week. Always ask how long until you get your first paycheck before you start working.
The more money they hold they more they screw you when they decide not to pay you.
No matter how bad you need the money listen to the red flags.
Believe me you can be in a worse situation by not getting paid. And many of these unscrupulous companies will not lose any sleep. You not being able to feed your family. Or your family sleeping next to a stinky dumpster because you didn't pay the bills. 3 weeks to pay you then automatically do not even apply for the position in my opinion. Those 3 weeker companies are mostly huge scammers.

I have been waiting since October, they owe me 2 checks, they keep talking about factoring companies will pay them and then they will pay me.
