Same topic. Different question. Because companies won’t take me right now. If I do something else. How long should I wait til I start applying again?

Probably have to wait 6 - 12 months.
Plenty of decent jobs in Las Vegas/Henderson at the many warehouses, such as Amazon, FedEx, UPS, etc.

    GuamboyEli Thanks this.

Well normally that's how it goes on here right? I've never seen someone at fault for an accident come on here and say he totalled another drivers truck, it's always just a minor scratch that'll buff right out....

    Am I wrong?

...most people can't admit they ####ed up and try to cover it up any possible way...wasn't me , I am innocent , I barely touched it , scratch is barely visible , I checked it 5 min ago and it was OK etc blablabla
...I remember myself: who needs permit- it's only sticking out 3 inches ...and the carnation starts :)

It wasn’t deemed at fault and cameras proved it. They got me for cell phone use. I tried posting the videos but it won’t let me. I just wanted to know if it’s worth calling all these companies and telling them the same story just to be denied. Or should I go back to doing what I was doing before. Waiting a couple months then trying again after awhile.

The accident isn't the problem, the phone is. You all newbies don't get it, the insurance companies are the ones in control and any hint to distracted driving, you get canned and it will be - maybe should be - hard to get another job.

Is Werner calling the incident preventable or not? From the way you describe it, it sounds like the camera caught you talking on your phone when the accident happened. If so, they could still put blame on you for being too distracted to react properly and prevent the accident, even if the police report says the other driver was at fault.
