You said in your other thread, that when you had the accident, their vehicle had to get towed. The phone use is a problem, but so is the fact that you had accident that involved a tow. Those 2 will make it difficult to impossible to drive anywhere. I think you'll be waiting a while, I'd say even longer than 6 months.

In your other thread, you say that you were merging. When the car started to pass you on the shoulder, were you completely on the highway, off the on-ramp?

I had to read his other thread but I think I pieced it together:
- He was involved in a DOT reportable accident
- The accident resulted in another vehicle being towed from the scene
- Dashcam caught him handling his phone in some form or another within 10 seconds prior to the accident
- He was merging from the right lane to the left lane when the other vehicle swerved around his left side, going at least partially off the road and hitting a guardrail.
- Werner terminated him for not following company policy, likely for the cellphone use, and they're reporting the accident as preventable to other companies, but supposedly not through DAC
