    3. Communication from their team can be unprofessional, with excessive and harassing calls.

    4. When assistance is needed, they fail to respond or provide support, demonstrating negligence in handling payments and responsibilities.

    Your fault for not having a signed Accessorial Policy in place before picking up the load. They treat carriers like dirt when they know there aren't any consequences for it.

    I have a folder with over 150 Agreements with brokers that have. TQL is probably the largest one to do it though.

    Is that folder from 10 years ago? All the brokers contracts are digital now and you either agree to their terms, or don't haul for them

    They're digital filesystems. Although, I do have many paper files as well. If your customer base is brokers then you're business model seems unhealthy.
