I know I already shared this with you. But for the rest. I found my dad's last brand new truck. 1990 FLC. Still kicking around Ann Arbor MI. Local Boys built it into a wrecker.

If you think a 379 is tight, try a Heritage Star Car. I’m 6’2”, and I have to shoehorn myself in and out. Oh well, she’s paid for!;)

Not really just happened that way. Alot of guys back then did. They wanted to as light as possible. If I recall that unit only weighted 29-30k empty. Pretty sure he could load 50k legal. But normally had 2 40's on each trailer.

He wasn't one for having unnecessary items on a rig.

I usually avoid Texas (no offense to the resident Texans), but I've found myself here 3 times this week. Sunday night coming into El Paso (nice mountain drive over to Santa Teresa), and this morning delivering hay to Gilmer. 20241215_173156.jpg 20241219_084239.jpg

Well guys, I have a question for for y’all….

What’s Laredo, TX like? Good , bad, or…? Going Monday to look at a load that need’s delivered there on flatbed. If it’s one of those deals they want to take my trailer across the border into Mexico then it’s already a big no….
