Recent Grad on Felony Defferred.

Hello.

I graduated from trucking school a few days ago and I'm trying to find a company that is willing to hire me. I'm on felony deferred in Texas(Family Violence) and the only other felony I have is from 2016(Credit Card Abuse). So far these are the companies I applied to:

Schneider, Swift, KB, Steven's Transport, Transport Systems, Western Flyer, CRST, USAL, Covenant, TMC and McElroy.

So far TMC, Steven's Transport, and Mcelroy told me no because I'm still on probation. Swift is running my background right now and Schneider is saying they're willing to work with me so long as I have no other felonies and have a travel permit(?).

My probation officer told me as long as someone is willing to hire me I'm good. I have a good relationship with my officer because of my transparency and because of that I was able to attend school outside of the county where I caught my case.

Also, I didn't have to pay for school because Goodwill helped me out with my tuition. They had to run my background to see if I was eligible for one of their trade programs and to be frank I'm extremely grateful for everything they've done for me. After Christmas my case manager at Goodwill is going to refer me to thier job assistant program to see if I can get something local. I wouldn't mind doing something like that as long as I can get the experience.

My recruiter for Swift said they work with people on deferred, and that they are waiting for three more countries to complete their reports on me by the 26th. I never got in trouble in those counties.

Yeah they said the same thing to me when I talked to them but they want 3+ months experience.

Can you give me the names to those local companies? I'd much appreciate that.
